Th. 1280, 202.8 Good food day yesterday, I think, I planned to go to Long Horns to get a Flo's Fillet because I have been low in protein for 4 days and I did.

Did last requirement of interview, hard to do, but done. Still haven't gotten taxes info., today again. Now after today is DO MY TAXES TIME.

Today, call abt taxes, design test, grade last tests, gather all types of tests from other classes of those who are coming to make them up, and plan class for #8. 10.

Well, after I did the food, I was over the 1300. It is 1575 and as I rechecked everything I think 2 things stick out. The grapes/cashews snack which wasn't many calories but unnecessary and two alcohols, drink at lunch and wine at dinner. So the rest was what I needed. Don't double up on alcohol and watch snacks, even if they are ok, keep the big picture in mind.
202.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
