Feeding frenzy lately! Stressed out about my older son being grouchy and my younger son being sick. Need to lose about 3 lbs. Started jogging again. Must remember to do crunches and arm weights (I have 2lb and 5lb weights). Daydreaming about desserts.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.8 lb a week

Maybe go for something on the healthier end like strawberries with a bit of homemade whipped cream to cut the craving. Another one I love is plumsweets which are prunes dipped in dark chocolate
