I hate this Roller Coaster Merry Go Round effect!! Dr. wants me to gain 2 # in 3 weeks but instead, I've lost a # this week all the while upping my calories and trying to cut back on the walking, but it's addictive! (91 miles this month as of yesterday!) but I know I gotta cut back on exercise, and up the calories.. I'll get to my 130# mark, just may take all summer... but on the bright side,GRILLIN' time is here lol!!!
125.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
