took a walk, smoothie for breakfast, salad for lunch, got Amex bill scheduled, along with CPA bill, etc. Got some reading done, bed changed, laundry, will get bd cards in the mail tomorrow. quiet evening at home. Trying to get things ready for the weekend - Meeting with Bill Brown of Columbia and some of his students, getting Donna and Jackie to participate with Barry and me in the discussion....
110.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
