Ok so I'm following everything to a tee and I'm even going to the gym(which I never thought I'd do) but I'm still only losing piddly little amounts...I know it's healthier this way but why is it so easy to put on and so HARD to take off?????
224.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 89.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.5 lb a week

Butterfly: LOL -- boy oh boy, isn't THAT the truth??? Takes me less than a month to put on 10 pounds and but 2 or 3 months to get them off!!!!

Well butterfly.....i went on this other diet program 3 yrs ago and i was losing apro 3-5kg a fortnight, it was fantastic in loseing so much weight, but you know what..... it was not a healthy way of loseing it, i stacked it all back on again. The experts say that the best and long lasting weight loss is aprox 1 -2kg a fortnight, ive been trying to get my head around that it is only lbs a weeks that im loseing, its frustating, butive got the remember, THIS IS A HEALTHY LONG LASTING RESULT.

you are doing great just remember veggies are you friend brocc is the best and try making cauliflower into mashed like potatoes the are great dont get down have you done take off Im gonna do it mondy and tuesday if ya need a friend

You are doing just great...I find that it is hard enough to take it off and you are doing an amazing job at that...then the real killer is keeping it off...and you are doing that too..so pat yourself on the back....you are doing great......
