wedding anniversary was yesterday. 8 years!!!! feeling good and loving the running! hoping to lose about 10 lbs this month (start summer under 200s!)
212.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
