Fluid has finally gone and I can see some progress. Keto, 16/8 IF and most importantly 4 days booze free. If I’m honest, that’s the longest dry spell I’ve had in a year.. great to see a benefit.
188.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
