Good Morning. An uneventful week, outside of me having the flu this weekend. I lost 2.0 lbs the hard way!!! I'm now weighing in at 153.4 lbs Totally AWESOME. John and I went to the beach on Thursday. Our friend Fred Nicholson, will be here this Afternoon. He and John will be spending alot of time on the Columbia River doing fishing. Well, that's about it. My Low Carb plan is going extermly well. I'm ahead of schuduel with my losing weight and getting to my goal weight of 140.0 lbs.....Marlene
