I am surprised to weigh in at less than this AM. Usually my evening weight is higher than the morning. That is one of the reasons I don't usually weigh in at night. With the UltraSimple Diet I am supposed to Journal morning and night every day, so I'll be weighing in twice daily. Though I do not start officially until Wednesday, I am getting started with the writing as I think it may be a challenge.
Evening writing assignments include: What worked for me today. Chopping up all of the veggies for the week and having some of the last of the Phase 1 meals. I found one last Amaranth porridge in the freezer, and I'm looking forward to having that on my last day before the seven day strict cleanse. I ate some dark chocolate today and will have the rest tomorrow, along with my last Odwalla bar for the week. I think I will do well on the UltraSimple diet, but I don't expect to lose 10 lbs. I've already dropped from 158 at the beginning of the month. I expect I will plateau soon. G'nite.
148.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
