Ok, so I knew I shouldn't have had the nachos last night at the movies, but I was aiming for a high calorie day to throw my system off. The salt was too high and I woke up bloated. Bummer!
308.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 158.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
