Sherie came for dinner - Gere didn't due to taking Stephen to the ER due to stomach and back pains. We had a nice time, and I ate too many almond cookies with chocolate havarti....delicious!
110.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
