I've been guiltily avoiding Fat Secret the last couple of months. I fell hard off the eating right wagon in December (my depression really hit hard and I was comfort eating & said to hell with everything else).

To wit I was making myself a cheesecake a week & eating it. And just in general eating whatever, whenever and being down.

I'm still depressed, and I'm still having a horrible time coping but I thought I'd grow a set of balls and go weigh myself today while I was in town.

The verdict---was that since dec I have gained ONE pound.
I can live with that, and I don't feel too badly about that, and hey, maybe since I've still managed to keep 21 of the pounds off, I still have a chance. Especially if I start trying to make a real effort again?

217.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 77.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 0.1 lb a week

hey I did that too but in Feb-March. Being down is not easy to deal with things and yes..one needs some comfort.and food always seems to hit the spot doesn't it..at least temporarily..over an over. You can do it and you are worth every morsel of happiness and love. Love yourself..it can be hard..but it is doable..one thought at a time..
