M. 1453, 203.8 Got to call Dr. Setia this morning, note and pills. Call abt car and house tax for last year for taxes. Look for power bill. Get Sadie vaccinated. Call Shawn abt getting tested.

Yesterday was a blessed relief, I couldn't do anything so I went to church and tried to relax, be outside a bit, have company. Did buy Patrick 2 cubes, red and blue, for his birthday and orange and green colored bubbles for both. Class tonight at 4, reteach for retake. Find babysitter for Thursday. Ask Shawn. Then ask my students. Maybe Linda Smith for rec. of college student.

Marathon at 10 tomorrow then Ultra Sound at 1:30 (32 oz. water 45 min ahead).

Dr. Setia at 11 today.
203.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
