Okay, it was my birthday this weekend and had some yummy meatloaf but also some ice cream cake. Been watching the carbs though lately so I think at least consciuosly thinking about it has put my back on the right path again.
243.4 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 38.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
