As I said last week, I was going to use my weekly avg. for a better gauge of my weight, I thought I would do both, the avg. and Friday's actual weights for me to track it better.... Oddly enough, this weeks avg.and today's weights are the same lol!!!!
126.7 lb Lost so far: 13.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
