Super sluggish mountain biking yesterday while in Ketosis. But, totally worth it. I’m trading “performance” for fat loss. It’s a good trade🤙
224.6 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
