mon weigh in due to water losss. tues was 178.4, wed 178, today 177.6, so good job losing 0.4 lbs/ day! In line with calorie deficit :)
177.6 lb Lost so far: 4.9 lb.    Still to go: 3.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
