Su. 1358, 203.8 My thoughts at all undirected times go to the emergency. I plan and plan and wait and worry.

My food yesterday was fine, except at lunch I opted for a burrito because I couldn't think of anything else, I was out. I won't do that again, I didn't eat it all. The problem time came after groc shopping with Berri at 9 pm. I ate cheese and crackers and cashews. I haven't eaten late at night for a while. I need to be sure not to get back into that habit. It makes the difference of a losing or not day.

I took Sadie with me for errands, got the bird feeder back w/o battery, it hasn't come in yet, but I will use it as is until it does. Want to get someone to help me fill it today. On the way back Sadie and I stopped at Pet Supply to get Pill Pockets and treats. Of course it was puppy day, and the front and store were filled with dogs. Sadie is not very social, but we went in barking anyway, and she was her old self, interested in everyone and stealing treats as I was taking them from the bottom bin with one hand (holding her tight with the other) and no scoop. She is ok for right now. I was afraid Mon. was the day.

I am going to get 2 dressers from Berri and get someone to look in the attic for one of the green bed frames.

Planning to go to church today at 10:30. Bridge at my house at 7, no treats.
203.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
