Today I start a pre Ultrasimple Diet which starts officially on Wednesday. I will be taking vitamins and supplements and drinking a lot of Ultrashakes. This morning I tried the bile cleaning juice of .5 lemon and tablespoon of olive oil, followed by a super dose of vitamin C. For breakfast I will be having another .5 lemon and hot water, 2 caps of probiotics, 2 caps of liver supportive herbs and nurtients and then a Rice Protein Ultrashake. Sounds good to me! I feel great this morning! Oh and I have to Journal every morning for 20 minutes and do 20 minutes of Yoga, so I'm trying to get prepped for that schedule. It's going to be hard to squeeze that in in the AM.
