Started again today with Diet and exercise routine...I'm now at the point where I am asking myself "When did this over eating and lack of exercise become acceptable?" Time to get serious before my health starts to decline.
200.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
