1538 kcal Fat: 47.75g | Prot: 107.76g | Carb: 173.23g.   Breakfast: Broccoli (Chopped, Frozen), onion, egg beaters, green pepper, jenny-o extra lean turkey bacon. Lunch: laughing cow light swiss, kraft fat free cheddar, Spinach (Chopped or Leaf, Frozen), Onions, stop n shop frozen broccoli chopped, boca burger flame grilled, skim plus, egg beaters original. Dinner: Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, Romaine Lettuce, Sugar Cookies Dough, York Peppermint Patty (Fun Size). Snacks/Other: better n peanut butter, banana, advantedge carb control chocolate fudge, apple, chobani non-fat yogurt. more...
