It was just water retention. Thank goodness! I have 3 lbs to lose by next Wednesday (24th) to meet my first goal. I think I can do it!! Another workout coming in 5..4..3..2..1
213.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
