Ok, THERE'S the change I hoped to see last week. Fingers crossed it continues!
195.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1309 kcal Fat: 32.13g | Prot: 104.45g | Carb: 167.72g.   Breakfast: Strawberries, Southern Home Fat Free Frozen Yogurt, Hemp Powder, Wegmans 0% Fat Greek Yogurt Plain, Great Value Mixed Berries, Spinach (Chopped or Leaf, Frozen). Lunch: Whole Foods Market Salmon Avocado Roll, Egg White, Carrots, Apples, Cucumber (with Peel), Yellow Sweet Corn (Whole Kernel, Drained Solids, Canned), Mixed Salad Greens. Dinner: Calavo Avocado, Mixed Salad Greens, Trader Joe's Organic Pea Shoots, Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Flounder. Snacks/Other: Almonds, Trader Joe's Low Moisture Part-skim Mozzarella Light String Cheese, Strawberries. more...
