Piss...so I get out of the shower and realize I forgot to weigh myself since I'm starting over today. I hop on the scale and it says 195...what!.. so I think, ok, I'll wait till after I don't have a wet towel on my head and that should make a difference. Thing is, I forgot to re-weigh and ate breakfast. So I re-weigh and now it says 196! Piss! So breakfast and three hair ties in my pocket puts me at 196 to start.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
