This is deeply annoying. Seems every day that I don't go to the gym and do some cardio, I gain back whatever weight I've lost. Which I suppose makes sense, but I'm not eating so much that I think it's reasonable. I did eat a ton of sodium yesterday (business meeting, they ordered sandwiches) so I could simply be retaining water, but it's still upsetting. I don't mind if the number goes down gradually, but I would like it to consistently go down.
