Yesterday was a rest day. We did some shopping, ran some errands and I did honey-do stuff last until late in the evening. I ate "Well" at 106% of my calorie goal, met my protein goal, and did not meet some activity goals. 305 kcal deficit // BF↑0.3% // Sleep Goal met
151.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
