something went wrong. i went to the doctor today and 2 F-ini-king 13 I'm so pissed
213.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You were wearing clothes possibly shoes after bfast or possibly lunch. It'll be ok.

Different scales are calibrated differently, so you can get two different weights. You may weigh more or less on the doctors scale. Only go by the scale you normally use. Also weighing with different clothes, different day, different times all make a difference.
