Merry Christmas Eve-eve!!! Yesterday was a lift day. I ate "Well" at 109% of my calorie goal, exceeded my protein goal and, met all activity goals. 592 kcal deficit // BF↓0.2% // Sleep Goal met
149.2 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
