Weighing in again. It was harder to stay at 138 this week, let alone lose further. Sushi on Saturday was difficult.

Oh well, onwards and downwards! Feeling great about coming back to this weight!
138.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
