after ippt trg, went to medical centre, think is all e water lost..but still record in as i hav nvr hit below 95 for a long while..a morale booster as i know i can do it..will weigh in tmr to do a comparison
204.1 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 45.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
