I had 4 alcoholic beverages between Thursday and Sunday. I ate way too much 3 of the days last week. I was a little discouraged and it shows. Hopefully I can make up for it this week!
215.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Dont get too down we all have bad nights I personally ate like a pig friday night but I got back on track.. :) keep on trucking along and you can make up for a few bad days.. :) Blessed be Mark
