Well, at least it's slightly down and not up. Poor eating and not much exercise due to work schedule and not feeling so hot all week. Didn't watch carbs and without the exercise it didn't do so well with a loss. Heading to the beach this weekend. Hope to do a lot of jogging on beach and climbing the cliffs/stairs to and from next to our campsite. Have prime spot on bluffs overlooking ocean. Only hubby and I going so I was able to arrange menu how I wanted. Have a great weekend!
209.6 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.2 lb a week

We all know how that is... but you're still doing great, Kiki... that weight chart still is going down. Don't get down about it and have a great time at the beach! :D
