a very warm (hot) week!! got to walk alot!! 25.5 miles M-F!! have decided to do my weekly weigh in's on an average from M-F, rather than just what Friday's weight is. I keep a daily log M-Sun. then Avg. for week, month, etc. helps me keep better track of my ups/downs, and Dr. prefers it better so I think it it will better represent my weekly weight as well as fluctuations here too...
126.1 lb Lost so far: 13.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
