yeah the scale told me i'm only overfat this morning :0) BF is down to 32.2% i cant believe that that a total BF loss of nearly 15% i'm well chuffed with myself. While on business in the US this last week i treated myself to a number of nice (very cheap well compared to DK prices) new clothes. This was also a nice suprise when having to go back and get a smaller size.

Another thing i found out about myself while traveling last week is that i actually do like to run who'd of thought it eh???? i also completely suprised myself with being able to keep a 10 kph (6ish mph) pace for 30 mins. Ok i did look like a big red tomato and my gym clothes could of walked to the wash basket on their own but i actually ENJOYED it (i know i'm scared too)

Yesterday i wore the correctly fitting clothes for the first time at work and spent the morning saying thank you. An unusually large number of people informed me that i looked very good yesterday i think i could get used to this it def cheered upwhat was otherwise a dull and rainy grey day :0)

Hubby and i are off to a concert tonight so will spend plenty of time on my feet (gotta burn those extra few cals right) he's treating me to Sushi before at our favourite sushi place cant wait have already added it into my allowance for today so just need to work around those numbers who knows maybe i'll be able to squeeze in a cheeky beer (or two ;0))
