BF- 32% Hydration 48.7% continue to focus on 220 ... will see our baby on July 7th appointment ... Laura is doing wounderful and is beautiful @ 16 weeks and 3 days ) only 32 more pounds ... no sweat
252.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
