This is the lowest that I have been in years. However this is after I did an isagenix cleanse yesterday. It may go back up tomorrow - however I wanted to record this weight because - It will remind me that I can get there. Normally after I cleanse I show a couple pounds weight loss and if I eat right it only goes up a little. With more exercise and eating right I can stay at this weight and continue to lose more. I like my isagenix cleanse- it helps me to feel like I am going in the right direction - DOWN DOWN DOWN.
145.8 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
