BEFORE EXERCISE AND ANY COFFEE, bm after weigh in! one before NOLA was bad, we drank heavily had 3 really bad meals, ohterwise been good, high quantity but healthy clean food, lots of nachos and bell peppers dessert still but primarily toast and betries with cw or arctic zone so excite to be under 120 again! awesome
117.6 lb Lost so far: 24.6 lb.    Still to go: 117.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week
