Been a challenging week with the ear allergy. One thing I've learned this week is to pace myself, so well pleased with efforts.

Weight loss is probably more the result of lack of appetite for three days rather than good food management. It is nice to look down and see my toes, rather than an overhang!

The weather has picked up, three gorgeous days so maxing the time I get in the pool.

Keep safe out there and take the time to enjoy the journey.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 7.9 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
