i do not know whats wrong, been dieting pretty well, maybe its the lack of exercise...will do some jogging every day to get the body going and also the tri and ippt trg kicked in
210.3 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 51.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
