Brush my teeth again, try one more time going potty, take a quick walk, take out the blow drier and make sure all water is out of fresh shampooed hair, wait another 1/2 hour before eating breakfast and one last step on the scale lol. But Jergens you gave me the best idea if I get on another plateau comes along my pandemic past my shoulder hair is going to be lopped off Susan Powder style. Crystal when I get out of the obesity zone can I use meeting you for lunch as my reward (also PNW gal)?

Dr ATKINS , who I used to lose my 120#, suggested weighing naked after using the bathroom when I woke. I followed ATKINS religiously but never weighed in my altogether , just my Jammie’s, no slippers! I have some sense!!😂😂 Not much but some!!😉
