132.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 2.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's a great loss! 2.0 lbs. is the most I've ever lost in a week. Congrats!

Thanks! Experts still say you shouldn't lose more than 2 a week. Some of this had to be water weight as I made sure to drink my 130 oz a day. I have to brace myself for next week not looking so good - but as long as I know I'm working hard I think I will be ok.
