I am happy with the progress. I felt a little more like I was depriving myself this week, but that is probably because I was getting over a cold and wanted my comfort foods. Little exercise except for some yard work on Saturday, but summer will be here soon. Just going to keep on keeping on and try to get some more salad & healthy choices going into the diet.
335.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1702 kcal Fat: 81.87g | Prot: 126.63g | Carb: 114.73g.   Breakfast: scrambled egg, biscuit, Pork Loin (Tenderloin). Lunch: Butter (Salted), Italian Bread, Rotisserie Chicken, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking). Dinner: bourbon salmon, Chicken Flavored Rice Steamed Fresh. Snacks/Other: String Cheese, Red Delicious Apples, Natural Oven Roasted Almonds - Mint Dark Chocolate. more...
