Finished out my week with a loss and I was out of town. I guess i forgot about the 16 oz of wine I drank with the banana rum to follow... Either way, Im sticking to it. I just need to get off these 4.5lbs before I hit Miami in 5 weeks. The plan Im on is in the maintence part and i dont have time to maintain so Im going to take what I learned the past 7 weeks and keep going. It says to do at 2 weeks at this level but I can do it cuz I keep messing up and forgetting to add a carb because I dont want one at the times Im allotted. If I dont have a loss next week, I will do the correct week...We shall see!
