no wine last night, and still slept well. Was nodding off while reading in the afternoon, so maybe not a surprise. Walked w Mol, and no rain, didn't hear any overnight either. flooding in FL and AL. Jeff started on electrical work in kitchen, and bailed on the old/original outlet. Working to get Fernando here to see if he can do it.
110.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
