Got on the scale this morning and lost that lb that krept up.
Played tennis in the morning (clinic lesson) and then last night (2 matches). My dbls partner and I did very well last night, we won both sets! :)
Today is walk day! Its chilly out and I am procrastinating!!! I then will stain more of the deck I have been working on....at least I got the railings and spindles done yesterday!
165.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 14.0 lb a week
