upset that I gained two flipping pounds! Today I feel terrible. I have been doing so well I do not understand what is going on? I have to focus and exercise more. NO food after 8pm.
313.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't worry fluctuations are normal. Don't take it so seriously, you did not gain 2 pounds of fat so quickly. We all have ups and downs of the scale.
