A single 1000 calorie deficit effort yesterday has helped show a 1kg reduction. I wasn't expecting such a quick result!
I did have a 175ml glass of wine yesterday so there may be some diuretic effect going on? I'm expecting bounce back so will try and continue today with a 500 calorie deficit.
