OK, first day..only 500 calories.
I am hungry and I am feel dizzy.
136.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Too little food. Hands down. At your current weight you will lose muscle mass before fat at that amount of intake. Figure out your Basal Metabolic rate + exercise calories burned and then subtract 500 from that number and start there.
