volunteered at Zonolite Park a couple of hours, walked there and back. then library, Pike's, Whole Foods, getting ready for L&F tomorrow night. More yard work getting the landscape in shape, at least partially.

For some reason, my stomach felt upset after eating the lentil soup at 2 p.m. Not sure if I ate it too fast, or was conflicted listening to 'Razor's Edge' for book club, or what, but didn't eat dinner til 8:40 and still wasn't hungrey....
110.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
