I made bad choices Thursday, 3/24 & Friday, 3/25. Thur. I had a t-bone steak dinner, the problem was the two slices of texas toast & large potato with butter. Friday, I was so hungry that I ate a 20 pc. chicken McNuggets. My saving grace was no fries. TODAY is a NEW DAY to make correct choices.
250.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
